Trust is everything. That's why we offer a no-quibble returns policy – 30 days.

Our Promise to You

We want every gift to bring joy. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return any item – plenty of time to see how it fits into your family's world.

How Returns Work

Getting started is simple: Contact us at hello@haliburtons.com or use the chat feature on our website, and we'll guide you through everything. No forms, no fuss – just a friendly conversation about how we can help.

What we need: Your item should be in the same lovely condition it arrived in – unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. We'll also need your order number or receipt.

Send it back: Once we've arranged your return, we'll email you a free prepaid return label and clear instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed, so please do get in touch.

When Things Go Wrong

Damaged or incorrect items: Please check your order when it arrives. If something's damaged, defective, or we've sent the wrong item, contact us straight away at hello@haliburtons.com. We'll make it right immediately.

What can't be returned: For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on personalised items or any items that have been used extensively. If you're unsure about your specific item, just ask – we're always happy to clarify.

Exchanges Made Easy

The quickest way to get exactly what you want is to return your original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your replacement as soon as possible.

Your Refund

We'll inspect your return and let you know the outcome within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days, though your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.

If you haven't seen your refund after 10 working days, please get in touch – we're here to help track it down.

European Customers

In addition to our 30-day policy, EU customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period under European consumer law. You can cancel your order for any reason during this time.
