Originally designed by Barbara Lee, a special education teacher who spent 23 years working with children, these rock-shaped crayons encourage the natural tripod grip that prepares little hands for writing. Their unique shape means they can only be held with thumb, first and second fingers - the same grip children will use for pencils and pens.

With 32 gorgeous colours including primary shades, pastels, and warm earth tones, this collection offers endless creative possibilities. From bright egg yolk yellow and coral to deeper shades like navy and tree bark brown, the range includes beautiful options for drawing skin tones, nature scenes, and imaginative artwork.

Made with care in rural Kentucky, these durable crayons go on smoothly and blend beautifully, allowing children to layer colours and create textured effects.
