How to Use: Use the spatula to carefully lift the pre-cut sections on each board, revealing sticky areas beneath. Sprinkle phosphorescent sand or glitter over the adhesive areas, then tap off excess. Build the image section by section following the instruction booklet. Once complete, place artwork in light for several minutes, then turn off lights to see the phosphorescent elements glow.
