About the Illustrator: Rob Hodgson is a Bristol-based illustrator and children's book author known for his playful, colourful style. Born in Torquay in 1988, he studied illustration at the University of Plymouth and has since published numerous children's books, including "The Cave," which was selected by Booktrust for their Time To Read campaign in 2019. His work combines traditional techniques with digital processes to create distinctive, character-filled illustrations.
