Calm Over Chaos is a UK-based independent brand founded by London illustrator Millie Bicknell, built around the principle that stationery should be both meaningful and thoughtfully made — prioritising considered design over mass production.
To blend colours together, use the included aqua brush with a light touch: apply a base colour, then use the damp aqua brush to soften edges and draw one tone into another. Video tutorials are available on the Calm Over Chaos Colouring Hub at calmoverchaos.co.uk.
Store pens horizontally when not in use to keep the ink distributed evenly across the nib. Cap firmly after each use to prevent drying.
Ink is water-based and odourless. Safety certifications (EN71, CE) have not been confirmed on the product page — please verify before listing.
For best blending results, the brand recommends using their own Blending paper. Bleedproof paper is compatible but may produce less fluid blends. Standard copy paper is not recommended.
This set forms part of the Fairytale Collection alongside the 30-pen Rainbow and 12-pen Pastel sets, which can be purchased separately or as a bundle.
