About the brand: Twee is a woman-owned Philadelphia studio founded by Kate Leibrand, a preschool teacher and artist who embraced being told her work was too "cute" and built a business around it.

Why sidewalk chalk: Twee's formula is denser than classroom chalk, making it ideal for textured outdoor surfaces where the grit helps create vibrant colour. It's less likely to break during use or in transit.
